Edel Grass goes Caribbean! As we speak, Edel Grass is working on a great FIFA project in St. Kitts & Nevis. The stadium project is a big deal on the island country in the West Indies. St. Kitts & Nevis has a great history in sports – in addition to rugby and netball, also soccer. The national soccer team even booked some international success in recent years, including their participation in the semi-finals of the 2006 World Cup qualifiers. How fitting that we built a new FIFA field on the island where it all started?
The build-up of the field is going well. With the assignment of additional work, including a retaining wall and grandstand, the complete stadium project is starting to take shape. The first foundations for stadium lighting have already been constructed and the preparatory and ground work for the construction of the stands will start in the nearby future.
