Hiring procedure

What happens when you submit your resume and motivation?

 

  • No direct match?
    If we do not directly see a match, we’ll contact and inform you within days after you application is received.
  • Do we see possibilities?
    We invite you for a first interview with the line manager within the first days after your application is received.
  • Are we all positive?
    Did we have a good first interview and are we all (including you) still happy? We’ll schedule a second meeting where also our managing director is present.
  • Seems to be a fit?
    Do you and us feel the potential after the talks? We could decide to plan ahead, inform you immediately or within the next days.
  • Contract details
    On verbal agreement, a meeting with HR is scheduled to discuss and arrange contract details in the next 1-2 weeks.
  • Signing
    Now we get all official. We plan a moment to sign the contract, shake hands, make pictures and welcome you to the team!
  • Onboarding
    At your start date your space is ready. You’ll receive your hardware and goodies. You are further introduced to departments and people via an onboarding schedule.
