What better location to launch ticket sales for UEFA Women’s Euro 2025 at the breathtaking Jungfraujoch, known as the “Top of Europe”?

The event took place the 2nd of October of 2024. Especially for this launch, we supplied a custom mini-pitch with our infill-free system ‘Edel Novum’. The carpet was laid on top of a flat snow bed (thank you PistenBully) and withstood the severe winds at a height of 3571 meter on the summit of Jungfraujoch!

Although the original plan was to organize a 10 vs 10 match between the Swiss Women and an UEFA team, the overnight snow let the organization no choice to re-consider. Despite the snow and severe weather, the players pushed through and embraced the thrill of a penalty shootout — a true testament to their resilience!

With UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 on the horizon, events like this are powerful opportunities to inspire more girls to take up football, driving the global growth of women’s football. As Ambassador Lara Dickenmann emphasizes: “There’s no greater legacy than encouraging the next generation to follow in the footsteps of today’s champions”!
