Sales manager Morgan Barlow
We are pleased to introduce Morgan Barlow as our new sales manager for the UK & Ireland. With nearly 20 years of experience across installation, installer network development, product innovation, and international market expansion, Morgan brings genuine hands-on expertise that strengthens our ambitions in the region.
Morgan’s connection to Edel Grass goes back many years. He first visited our factory 17 years ago and has been part of the Victoria Grass Group for the last two. His start has been busy but positive, supported by a team he already knows well. His down-to-earth approach and understanding of real-world industry challenges make him a natural fit within our organisation.
While Morgan has extensive experience in the landscape market, he’s excited to deepen his knowledge in commercial sports projects and pitch construction, learning from colleagues who have shaped the industry for decades. His goal is to help position Edel Grass as the go-to partner for sports solutions across the UK and Ireland.
Outside work, Morgan lives in Blackrod with his wife and two young boys. They are his greatest motivation. He’s a lifelong football enthusiast and spends most of his free time on family adventures and long walks.
