Prototype fields Scale-Up Haarlem and Amsterdam presented
On June 10th and 17th the first prototype fields within the Scale-up – programme for future-proof sports accommodations – have been unveiled at Sportpark van der Aart and Sportpark Ookmeer during two successful demonstration days in Amsterdam and Haarlem.
Within the EnergyField consortium led by Finovi, together with Oostendorp Netherlands, ACE Global and Edel Grass, we are developing the next generation of sports fields, combining circularity, climate adaptation, smart water management, and renewable energy generation.
The demonstration days gave municipalities, sports facility operators, and other stakeholders the opportunity to experience our innovative concepts firsthand. Over the coming months, the prototype fields will be extensively monitored and evaluated.
Being a partner in the EnergyField consortium, Edel Grass is committed to contribute to the development of more sustainable and future-proof sports infrastructure.
