RegionEdel Grass welcomes Crystal Wolfe as sales manager US
Last summer we introduced Crystal Wolfe to the Edel Grass team as our new U.S. based senior sales manager, strengthening our presence and ambitions within Victoria Grass Group towards North America, and specifically USA.
From the moment Crystal joined us, it was clear she brings a powerful combination of industry expertise, strategic thinking, and genuine passion for the synthetic turf and sports turf sector. Her background spans national big-box retail initiatives, B2B sales strategy development, major account management, and contributions to sustainable turf-recycling solutions experience that aligns perfectly with our vision and the direction in which we are growing.
What stands out most about Crystal is not only her knowledge, but also her energy and collaborative spirit. In just a short time, she has created her role, perfectly embracing our way of working: open, team-oriented, and driven by quality and performance. She has already shown how her approach will strengthen relationships with existing partners, uncover new opportunities, and help position Edel Grass becoming a leading force in the U.S. market. Her ambition to grow sustainably, identify strategic markets, and support the development of those around her fits seamlessly with our values and long-term goals.

Outside work, Crystal brings the same enthusiasm to her personal life. She enjoys spending time with her family, painting, and creating art, and she’s a passionate follower of College Football and especially Georgia Football “GO DAWGS!” Her appreciation for anything that brings people together, whether it’s a game or a great conversation, reflects the kind of mindset that enriches a team.
